Dessky.me covers any major Web Development Technology currently in use. These days due to its massive global use we support mostly WordPress. However Dessky.me also covers OpenCart, PrestaShop, Laravel, CodeIgniter, Simphony, Static HTML/CSS sites, JavaScript, Linux Server Setups and more. Minor Graphic and Web Design services are also supported. If you have any specific service in mind that is not listed here please contact us and we will let you know if we can help you with it.
Payment requests are sent automatically at the end of each monthly period and payment should be made manually by a client. There is a soft limit to all Dessky.me accounts and this ensures that in case that you miss payment you will remain in the system, we will simply stop the service until all payments for the previous period are settled.
All new customers are required to pay a small one time Entry Fee upfront before start of monthly plans. This fee is paid only once and and it comes with 2 Support Hours and access to Ticket Support.
To cancel subscription you can simply let us know via ticket or email. Or you can simply stop paying monthly plans, your existing plan will be put on pause and you can continue using it again once the previous payments are settled.
Supported payment methods are PayPal, MasterCard, Visa.
We have a soft limit on monthly plans, so if you go over for couple of minutes up to one hour we will continue working with the existing plan like nothing happened. In case that you go over couple of hours and more you will get time report to your email with a suggestion to upgrade your plan. If you approve plan upgrade we will continue our support.
Right now customers can only get time report on demand or in case that monthly plan limits are exceeded.
Yes, all previously paid plans that are not used could be added and used in the next month.
